Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every new organisation starts on a 14-day trial automatically, on whichever plan you pick. No card is collected at sign-up.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. If your active property count is above the plan you're downgrading to, you'll be asked to archive or remove properties first — the same check runs whether you're upgrading or downgrading.
What happens if I go over my property limit?+
You won't lose data. New property creation is blocked once you hit your plan's limit, with a clear prompt to archive an existing property or upgrade — nothing is deleted or hidden.
Are transaction fees separate from my subscription?+
Yes. Your subscription covers the platform; transaction fees are only charged when DesiAcres actually executes a lease, renewal or exit on your behalf, itemised on their own invoice.
Is GST included in the prices shown?+
No — GST is calculated and itemised separately on every invoice at checkout, not baked into the plan price shown here.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes — on both AcreCommand and AcreYield. Semi-annual billing (every 6 months) saves 10%, and annual billing (every 12 months) saves 14%, versus paying monthly. Use the billing-cycle toggle above each plan grid to see the discounted rate, then confirm your preferred cycle when you sign up.
What's the difference between AcreCommand and AcreYield pricing?+
AcreCommand is self-serve — start on a free trial from this page, no card required. AcreYield is sales-assisted — every account is set up with a DesiAcres analyst so onboarding, asset migration and baseline calculations are done correctly from day one, so pricing there starts with a conversation rather than checkout.
Can I run both AcreCommand and AcreYield on one account?+
Yes — they share one AcreTerminal login, organisation and user list. Most customers start with one and add the other later; nothing needs to be migrated or re-entered when you do.
